Dr Helen Coundon (F) – Dr Coundon’s special interests are Women’s Health and Sexual Health.
Dr Sarah Hartley (F) – Dr Hartley qualified in 1997, she was originally from North West of England but lived and worked in the North East since 1997. She enjoys cycling, baking and family time. Her clinical interests are women’s health, minor surgery and musculoskeletal problems.
Dr Reshmi Salam (F) – Dr Salam specialises in women’s and children’s health. Dr Salam is also involved with the medical education, including teaching trainees and students.
Dr Jane Atkinson (F) – Dr Atkinson grew up in County Durham. She has clinical interests in Cardiology and teaching medical students. She went to Manchester University. She enjoys cycling, swimming and running.
Dr Ima Williams (F)
Dr Egle Krasauskaite (F) – Career Start – Dr Krasauskaite did her medical degree in Lithuania. She worked for several years in General hospital medicine in the UK before becoming GP in 2016. She has interest in older people care and frailty.
Dr Richard Arthur (M) – MPharm, MB ChB (Warwick). Dr Arthuris a General Practice registrar training in general practice.

Our Reception Team is a good place to start if you want help. Not only do we know what is available in the practice we often have a great deal of knowledge about Health Services in our area. The main role of Reception Staff is helping you get the assistance you need. Our Team can advise you who best to see and guide you through the different types of appointments available.
